Rent out, and you don't have to worry while you're away. Arthedi ensures your vacation home is actively advertised while tenants are being screened. We handle the financial and administrative aspects. When needed, we provide advice on furnishing and the availability of equipment, among other things.
Arthedi is located on La Cumbre del Sol, meaning we can quickly respond to emergencies. During peak season, we operate a 24/7 service and act as quickly as possible. If an appliance, such as a refrigerator or boiler, breaks down, we'll replace it. If we can't carry out the work ourselves, we'll supervise external technicians. Work is always carried out in consultation with the owner.

New legal regulations apply to the rental of properties on the Costa Blanca since April 3, 2025. One of these regulations concerns the provision of a reception service. We will welcome your tenants at our office at La Cumbre del Sol. The regulations are quite extensive and sometimes complex. Arthedi has read up on them and is happy to help you get started.
