Arthedi SL has 28 years of experience in property management of properties on Cumbre del Sol. Property management includes holiday home rentals, pool maintenance, key-holding, garden maintenance, and cleaning services. Arthedi SL caters to both holidaymakers and homeowners. <\/p>

Owning a second home in Spain involves a lot of work and maintenance. If you’re vacationing on the Costa Blanca, you want a suitable and naturally clean home. The team at Arthedi SL has the experience and passion to provide 100% of the services and maintenance for both homeowners and visitors to Cumbre del Sol. <\/p>

The adventure began in 1997. With the dream of starting a business on Cumbre del Sol, Arthedi SL was founded in the 20th century. The company’s outline quickly became clear, and the first employees joined. These colleagues were experts in installation, electrical engineering, painting, and cleaning. With the arrival of many new homeowners at the end of the 20th century and during the 2000s, Arthedi grew, and it was soon time to start talking about a team. <\/p>

Swimming pool maintenance has been a core part of Arthedi’s services from the very beginning. Three employees are currently actively cleaning the pools. Their expertise ensures that both chlorine and saltwater pools are in tip-top condition. <\/p>

All teams are active exclusively at Cumbre del Sol, both for maintenance and cleaning. The focus for luxury holiday home rentals is also on Cumbre del Sol. <\/p>
