Arthedi is located on La Cumbre del Sol, meaning we can quickly respond to emergencies. During peak season, we operate a 24\/7 service and act as quickly as possible. If an appliance, such as a refrigerator or boiler, breaks down, we'll replace it. If we can't carry out the work ourselves, we'll supervise external technicians. Rental Regulations\n<\/p>

New legal regulations apply to the rental of properties on the Costa Blanca since April 3, 2025. One of these regulations concerns the provision of a reception service. We will welcome your tenants at our office at La Cumbre del Sol. The regulations are quite extensive and sometimes complex.
