The tenants are welcomed and the keys are handed over. A security deposit is received, name/passport registration is arranged, and the necessary explanation in and around the house is given. Arthedi also takes care of the final cleaning. Often a cleaning is also scheduled before tenants arrive, for example after the period that homeowners themselves have been present.
Tenants can indicate for how many people linen is needed. The cleaning team makes the beds and lays out towels decoratively
